Walden Green Wave

This is my second tenure as Team Manager. I have 4 children, 3 of which are still swimming for the team. My son Luke also serves as an assistant coach. My hope is that we create a fun and enjoyable summer experience for all of our swimmers and that your time with Walden will be seen as time well spent.

Hello all! My name is Chas Brother and I have been with the Walden Green Wave for 6 years, 4 as Head Coach. Growing up I swam in Bowie at Belair Bath and Tennis, various all year round clubs in the area, and in college at UMBC as a Division I athlete. Summer swimming is my favorite time of year and I hope to help our swimmers grow in the pool and make many happy memories!

My name is CJ Sloan, and I’m going to be a senior at Crofton High School. I have been a member of the Walden Green Wave family since 2011. I was an assistant coach last year and am looking forward to being an assistant coach this summer as well. I’ve been a member of the Annapolis Swim Club since I was 5 and my favorite strokes are breaststroke and backstroke. I also love playing soccer. I’m looking forward to having a lot of fun and helping the swimmers achieve goals this season.

My name is Alex Tull. I have been swimming for Walden Swim Team for 8 years. I am a lifeguard at Walden Country Club. I run cross country and play lacrosse. I am looking forward to being a Walden Swim Team assistant coach again this year.

My name is Luke Higgins. I have been swimming for Walden Swim Club for 11 years (since I was a 6). I also swam for Annapolis Swim Club (ASC) for 6 years. My favorite stroke is backstroke. I also run Cross Country and Track for Crofton High School and I play the saxophone. I will be a lifeguard at Walden this summer and I am excited to be an Assistant Coach this summer.
