Here are the details regarding Saturday's meet. Please read carefully. I know the weather does not look great. I have an e-mail in to the team manager and will let you know the plan if it rains as soon as I hear back. Until then plan for the rain (umbrellas, rain gear, extra towels etc.)

Address and Parking: 231 Pump House Rd, Annapolis, MD 21403. Overflow parking will be located at the skate park which is past the ball field on the left. The address is 300 Truxtun Park Rd, Annapolis, MD 21403. Please do not Park down by Collinson Fields building or the Splash pad fence.

Concessions: The Swim Team will not have concessions. There will be a snack bar vendor with very, very limited items available. We ask Walden families to plan for their own snacks and drinks. This is unfortunately mandated by the city and out of our control.

Seating: Walden will be in the grassy area of splash pad area to the right of the entrance. Chairs are allowed, tents are not. Do not place the chairs on the splashpad. We have asked the pool to turn off the splashpad during the meet. The city is planning on providing wristbands to all attendees. 

Bullpen: The swimmer staging area will be located at the back of the splash pad grassy area. 

Leisure pool (On the left) area will be off limits to all; no seating or swimming. Please leave the furniture where it is. Also, we ask all to not walk through the garden/flower bed areas.

Meet Timeline: 7:05 - 7:30: Penguins Warm Ups, 7:30 - 7:55: Walden Warm Ups (plan to arrive 7:00-7:15), 8:00: Meet Start (as close to 8 as we can get) 

Stroke and turn Meeting by the starter tent: 7:30 

Timer Meeting in splashpad area closest to the building: 7:30 

Lane Organizer Meeting by the bullpen: 7:40
