Options to reschedule yesterdays meet
The host team sent us some options to make-up the meet from yesterday. The first would be for us to hold a virtual meet (like last year) during the week. How we would do this would be to hold the meet during practice times one day next week (Wed or Thurs) from 7:00-10:30am. In order to do this we would need to get enough volunteers to run it. I am aware that this will be difficult with parent work schedules. I think that the bare minimum we would need would be a starter, at least 2 stroke and turn judges, 2 lane organizers and at least 15 timers (3 for each lane). The host team will open the meet up so everyone who wants to can declare. Coaches will assign events, and put together the heats based on who declares. This would have to happen within the next 3 days.
Option 2 would be to just scratch the meet and not make it up.

If we get enough volunteers I will let the host team know to create the meet in swimtopia. I will then let parents know when/if they can declare based on the responses. Please respond and fill out the form by 12:00pm Monday.
