Good morning Green Wave Families,

I want to start off by thanking all the wonderful volunteers that helped make this season great! We really can't do it without you.

There will be a few needs for next season that I would like to make you aware of. First, we must have someone volunteer to be the concessions manager for next season. This person will be responsible for the organizing of food orders/pick up, organizing the setting up and taking down of the concessions area, and the management of concessions stock at the end of each home meet.

Second, we must have a volunteer to do our clerk of course at each home meet. This person will be responsible for organizing the lane organizers, communicating with the tech team and starter any scratches in events and organizing the kids into the chairs at the end of the pool.

You do not have to be experienced to do either of these jobs, we have people available to train you!

Lastly,next season will be my last season as team manager. I would like to use next season as a year for my replacement to shadow me in order to make the transition smooth. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in any of the jobs listed in this e-mail.
