Good Evening Green Wave Families,

It is hard to believe that Saturday will be our last regular season meet. As we are gearing up for the medal meets there is some important information you will need to know. Some swimmers may be waiting for this last meet to qualify for either the Silver or Gold medal meets, this is fine so long as you register as soon as times have been reported. If you know which meet you will be swimming in, please go ahead and register for that meet now. When you register, include which events you can swim. You can swim in up to 4 individual events with qualifying times. Relays will be put together once all swimmers have been registered. Your swimmer does not have to swim in a medal meet if they do not want to.

If you swam in two meets, then you qualify for the Bronze meet. You can only swim in the Silver and Gold meets if you have a qualifying time. You can only swim in one medal meet and only the events that have qualifying times. If you have qualifying times for multiple meets then you will need to choose which meet you want to swim in. For example, if you have a Silver time in breast and fly and a Gold time in free and back you will need to pick which meet you will swim in. If you choose Silver, you will only be able to swim breast and fly, if you choose Gold you can only swim free and back.

You must register for the meet no later than 8:00am on Sunday July 14^th. Coach Chas will then seed the meet and put together the relays. We need to submit all entries to the league by 1pm Sunday July 14^th and they have communicated they will not accept any late entries.

Bronze meet (Wednesday night 7/17) at Southdown

Silver meet (Saturday morning 7/20) at Hunt Meadow

Gold meet (Sunday morning 7/21) at Hillsmeer
