Good evening, I am writing with information for Wednesday's Bronze meet. Parking will open up at 3:30pm. The pool parking lot is for permit holders and handicapped parking only. There will be attendants on sight to direct parking in the neighborhood. It will be tight so the host team is encouraging carpooling. 

Our team warm-ups are scheduled from 4:45pm-5:00pm in Lane 4 and Lane 5. Please arrive and check-in by 4:15pm. Attached is a map of the pool with the location of where our team is aloud to sit. We are in the WST area. All teams will be sitting outside of the pool deck. Please bring your own chairs. Parents are encouraged to come to the pool to cheer for their swimmer but do not sit on the pool deck. 

Our team is required to provide 2 timers (4 if they are split per half) and Lane Organizers for first and second half of the meet. Courtney Carta will be the point of contact for volunteers to check in with at this meet. Volunteers need to check-in by 4:30pm. Timer meeting will be held at 5:00 under the pavilion. Both first and second half timers need to attend the meeting. Please sign into swimtopia and sign-up for a job ASAP. 

General rules that the host team has provided are as follows; Keep swimmer out of the volleyball sand pit, this is a non-smoking pool, please do not speed in the neighborhood and be courteous of community members, please supervise siblings and young swimmers at all times.
