Hello Walden families,

Please find attached the meet program for tomorrow's meet at Evergreen Swim Team. The meet begins at 8 a.m., with Walden warm ups beginning at 7:25 a.m.

Evergreen asked me to relay the following information about the meet tomorrow:

GENERAL INFO

• Our pool address is 219 Sycamore Road, Severna Park 21146. We have a small parking lot, so most families will need to park on the street. Please be mindful of where you park and do not block driveways. There is plenty of parking on Sycamore, the side streets and cul-de-sacs. Any “no parking” areas are clearly marked.
• Your team will sit on the side of the pool to the right when you first enter, including the diving well area. Our team sits on the far side of the pool. Please don’t sit in the baby pool area. You’re encouraged to bring chairs, and there’s room for pop-up tents on the pool deck.
• We will have a cash/venmo/paypal concession stand open the entire meet. Donuts, coffee, cold drinks, taco in a bag, hot dogs, hamburgers, candy, snow cones and more will be available!
• Officials meeting at 7:40 AM by the flag pole.
• Timers meeting at 7:40 AM by the starter area.
• SHARPIE ALERT! Sharpie on swimmers' backs transfers to the deck chairs, creating a tough mess to be cleaned up after the meet. We are asking parents to ask their swimmers not to use Sharpie on their backs or other surfaces that would touch a chair. Our cleanup crew thanks you!
• Evergreen would like to hold a parents relay during the meet - if any Walden parents would like to participate, please form a team of 4 and let me know so I can get your team a lane.

Please have your swimmer check in with Coach Chas as soon as they arrive and all volunteers should check in with me. If your swimmer has not yet gotten their team T-shirt for the season, please find me as I am bringing them to the pool with me tomorrow.
