Hello Walden families,

In talking with several parents yesterday, I realized I may not have previously communicated the date for the end-of-season party. This year's party will be held on Monday, July 28 at the Walden Pool from 6 p.m. until the pool closes or it starts raining (those who have been on the team the last few years know how bad our luck has been!), whichever comes first.

We will be having a pool party and potluck this year, which will give the kids the chance to use the pool for something other than laps! We will send out signups at a later date so you can let us know how many people and what dish you will bring to the party.

Also, this is one more reminder to skip cooking dinner on Tuesday and eat at Ledo's for our fundraiser night. A portion of all sales from 4 p.m. to close will be donated to the team.

Lastly, I'm going to apologize in advance for the number of emails I'll be sending the next couple of weeks - between the Medal Meets, adjusting practice and the team party, there will be lots of information to communicate!

Thanks to everyone for making this season the success it has been and I'm looking forward to another great meet on Saturday.
