Hi Walden families,

Attached is the meet program for tomorrow night's meet at Southdown.

A couple of reminders:

1. The Southdown pool is located at 3334 Locust Street in Edgewater. The meet will start at 6 p.m., and our warmups will be at 5:30 p.m. I know people will still be getting home from work so please just get to the pool as soon as you are able.
2. From Southdown regarding the meet:
   • PARKING: You may park in our lot, if any spaces are open. Parking throughout the neighborhood is also permitted. Along Locust Street itself we will have signs out directing people to consolidate on one side, so there’s room for emergency vehicle access.
   • STAGING: We have some freshly seeded grass in our normal staging area that needs another week or two to grow in. We would very much appreciate it if you would ask your team to avoid the grass.
     You may stage on the far side of the pool, or on our freshly paved sports court area (just follow the path up the hill).
   • CONCESSIONS: Our concessions area will sell various cold and hot breakfast and lunch treats. We accept cash & are transitioning away from Venmo, but will accept Zelle.
3. Coach Chas will still hold practice Wednesday morning. He will make sure the kids are not too tired for the meet in the afternoon.
4. We will have practice Thursday and Friday as well - we want as much pool time before our season-ending meet on July 11.
5. There will still be a Skills Clinic on Thursday. The focus will be on freestyle and flip turns. All swimmers are welcome to attend.
