Hey Silver Meet families,

Attached is all of the information I've been provided regarding Saturday's meet at Bay Ridge. I've been told there will be over 500 swimmers at this meet so Bay Ridge is asking for patience and understanding regarding parking on Saturday. 

A few other items to bring to your attention:

• The pool address is 2 Herndon Avenue in Annapolis (21403). Parking will be available starting at 6:15 a.m. Please follow the directions of attendants and if you have to park further away from the pool, golf carts will be available to shuttle people to the pool. Bay Ridge is asking families to carpool if possible.
• Our team will have seating be outside the fenced pool area, so please bring chairs. There is a map with our specific team area in the attached packet.
• We will have lane 6 for warm ups from 6:45 - 7:15 a.m. (back to back sessions). Please arrive by 6:30 so we can make sure everyone gets time to warm up.
• We have been asked to provide 4 timers (2 per half) and a sheet runner for just DQ slips. Please let me know what role you can fill. If you have a child swimming butterfly or in the freestyle relay, please volunteer for the second half.
• The actual Meet Sheet will be sent on Friday morning. If your swimmer needs to scratch, please let me know so I can get that information to the host team.
